Vendor Application for the 2018 Holyoke Holiday Market
This is a Juried event
The Holyoke Merry Go Round and Holiday Market reserve the right to be selective and limit the number of spaces. Please email or submit photos of your work.
Applications will be accepted on a rolling admissions bases.
- Booth fee: $150.00 per 10’ x 10’ booth space, 20 amp circut
- Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, and display
- Tent must have label “Fire resistant” permanently affixed on material
- Tents must not be larger than 10x10 and have own weights
- Load in is between the hours of 10am to 1 pm on Friday November 30th. Must be set-up by 3:30pm
- Street Lamps will provide light in evening; bring battery-powered lights as supplement.
- Tents will be set up on pavement, please bring appropriate leg weights.
- Due to the holiday nature of the event you are encouraged to keep your booth as festive as possible.
- Vendors will not be allowed to add onto space without paying for additional booth space.
- 6.25% MA State Sales Tax is the vendor’s responsibility
